Tours now available!

We have added a new BUTTIN!

We have opened up the high tunnel for short tours with Rainey as your guide. These short tours are a new thing for us but education and enthusiasm are paramount!  You get a bit of time to ask questions and hear about the trials and successes of our endeavor and what it’s like to try and grow produce in the arctic.

Click on the new tab at the top of the blog to arrange a tour!

Hope to see you soon!

  1. Hi Rainy, I work for Alaska Community Action on Toxics and am very interested in starting a community garden in Savoonga, Alaska. I had a meeting with Delbert Pungowiyi of Savoonga, Nick Riordan, Yarducopie, Alaska Community Action on toxics and Vi Waghiyi, Director, Environmental Health and Justice and would like to talk to you via zoom or some other portal. Please email me at and I can send you my phone number then. thank you
