General dates and times: Rainey is available from 1 pm to 11 pm at night. From the beginning of June till the end of August. Subject to change depending on availability and weather. Morning and later evening hours are available upon request and availability.
Cost: a one time donation of $25 is encouraged, per tour/group. We can accept cash, check and card once the tour is over.
Includes: half an hour of one on one time with Rainey in the high tunnel itself! Hear the story and the goals and missions/failures/successes and future plans of one of the few arctic agriculture businesses.
Rainey will meet you at the high tunnel to begin your tour. Directions to the high tunnel will be emailed to you. The high tunnel is about a 10 minute walk from the airport. A confirmation email will be sent to you from Rainey herself from the Gardens in the Arctic email once the date/time is set.
